Or, 122 days is...race day! The IRONMAN World Championship in Kona, Hawaii. So how long does it take to train and prepare for a Full Ironman, which is - 2.4mile swim; 112mile bike; 26.2mile run = 140.6miles? This answer really depends on many factors: experience, the amount of time to devote to training, personal goals and support from family, friends and co-workers.
